It all came and went so fast. The past four years, finals, the ceremony, the celebrations… I’m officially a college graduate. BA Public Communication from American University. I value every moment—good and bad—of my experience at AU and in DC. And I’ll admit did rather well.
I haven’t really had any major feelings about the whole thing yet, though. I had a breakdown about careerism probably two months ago, but I’ve just been running along (semi)smoothly since then. I decided on my summer plans: despite what I said in one of my recent posts I’ll be gladly heading back to camp Mah-Kee-Nac. This time, though, I’ll be doing tours, sales and marketing from the office rather than being the photography counselor. I’m not really ready to leave DC, but I’m getting pumped for camp. As for after camp? Ehh… back to square one. But that’s months away.
My brother Alex took the following pictures (with my most wonderful graduation present: a Canon EOS 7D) at my graduation ceremony. He did a great job so I thought I’d throw them up here.
