Photography

My interest in photography began when I was about 14 years old and I had to present a form of storytelling to my ninth grade English class. I chose to present about photography (to avoid reading a book and writing an essay). As research I sat for hours in the basement of the library flipping through over-sized National Geographic photography books. The image that won me over was this aerial shot of camels in a desert with crisp shadows. Like that photo, my style tends to be abstract and bright.

I took most of the following pictures with either a Canon EOS 7D, Canon Rebel XTI or a little Canon Powershot. Any editing was done in Adobe Photoshop CS3.
